I have found them to be fair and easy to work with they do stick to the rules the codes which a lot of people don't like but then again they're just upholding the law

This place is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever experienced. Nobody answers the phone. Not only that, every time I contacted them the lady on the other end was very rude and disrespectful. Every inspector from here I’ve dealt with was clueless with anything they were looking at.If I could give them 0 stars I would have, do not recommend them to a single soul.

Edited: today the same inspector returned to our home and REFUSED to wear a mask. When we explained again that we are a high risk household he told us he has asthma and diabetes and he's not concerned about getting the virus. (?!?) We told him he could not enter without a mask, so he wrote on a slip and left. ******************* An inspector came to our door today during a pandemic and a state emergency order.
