I have had the pleasure of receiving help through metro west housing solutions. Never had a bad experience with them. It is sometimes hard to get a hold of case managers however with that being said I’m sure they have a lot on there plate and many people they work with daily. Never had any problems! Always been kind when I can get in touch with someone.
They DO NOT care! They are merciless, cold and if you lose your job and get behind on rent for 1 month, then try to pay it off, they will not accept your payment because you are 5 days into the next month they will evict you, even just days before Christmas. No Mercy.
