Our property waited 6 months to let us know we were making partial payments. Now we owe $4200! And they will not do a payment plan! Gave us a 30 day eviction or pay. Being low income and now this? Why do the residents not have Any rights??? Someone should be accountable for there mistakes! Instead of people that are trying!
Went to 5800 on Alameda to see apts . manager office people don't even responded when you get on locked door even if it says is open. I have to wait a tenant get out and they didn't have choice that to see me. New lease agent called Barbara very nice show me 2 units but never heard back from there..many attempts many emails even contacted headquarters in Lakewood and same thing is a joke just inconsiderate with low income/struggling people.. I have been living at 5800 w Alameda for approximately 5 years. In that time we have had many managers come thru. Most of managers only speak with you when need to have you work on your lease. The manager we have now Jolene is the first person to get our carpets cleaned and have our trash rooms cleaned up. It would be helpful to us if we could get a manager that follows the rules and doesn't make up their own rules while they are here.
applied for an apartment at 5800 in 2023, i finally reached out October of 2024 and was able to get an apartment, my case documents got switched to new management and they had a lot missing, i’ve been going in for anything they request.. i had to ask for an extension at my current place because i STILL don’t have approval even though they told me i’m good to go..its the 16th, i even got a $100 for first month rent’s special and i STILL can’t move in so the special doesn’t really help me, reached out to Jennifer..
