I cannot say enough wonderful things about MetroWest and Dr. Katie Eichholtz and Ashley and Sara and all the staff at METRO WEST EMERGENCY hospital. I took LILY on a Thursday night at 8 o'clock and she was diagnosed with pancreatitis. They kept her several days and took the best care of her ever!

We had to bring our Great Dane in on Saturday evening when he cut his leg. The staff and dr were extremely helpful! They got him sedated and the wound stapled and we were able to pick him up in about 2 hours! They have also called twice to check on him and make sure all was good. His records were also sent to his normal vet within just a couple of days! Big Thank You to all of you for making a difficult situation easier!!

You were so expensive that I had no choice but to have you kill my cat. You suck, your office sucks, and your stupid card that came in the mail 3 weeks after this happened was just a twist of the knife in my heart. I will never seek your help again, ever! What a disservice you do to the animal community. More worried about $$$ than our pets. What a crying shame you even exist.
