When I called to schedule my appointment, I was told that if I did not have x-rays with me I would not be seen, and would be sent home. I took my x-rays. I walked up to the receptionist desk, and before I could finish telling her my name and when my appointment time was, she cut me off and pushed a clip board in front of me telling me to sign in.
