This is feedback on the nurse that treated me at metro veins, Her name is Meri, she was friendly, well groomed, well spoken, and clear on her preferences and very prompt. I was very satisfied. I had my follow up appointment on 3/6/26, It was prompt, professional, comfortable. The staff are great.
I consistently have a wonderful experience when I visit Metro Vein Center. The staff members are exceptional, and I particularly want to acknowledge Kaylinda Familia from forest Hills Location who has been an incredibly kind, efficient, and wonderful staff member, assisting me on numerous occasions. Having such dedicated individuals like her truly enhances the patient experience, making it much more pleasant and comfortable for individuals like myself.
My experience at Metro Vein Clinic in Forest Hills was a great one. Starting from the front desk where you meet the ladies who greet you and set you up to be seen by a doctor. They are very professional and nice. The nurse that gets you prepared to see the doctor is professional. The doctor soaks to you with respect and does an excelled job with the procedure on my legs. All around it was a great experience.
Meri was great! She explained everything thoroughly and answered all the questions I had.
I cannot recommend Metro Vein Centers enough! The entire staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional, and comforting. The office is clean, efficient, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I have had vein ablation, sclerotherapy and varithena procedures and my legs feel and look amazing!
