Absolutely phenomenal!!!! The entire staff brings back a nostalgic feeling of loving the idea of going to the doctor. Everyone is SO nice and attentive!!! I had to get my first RFA for which I was very nervous. Their medical assistant Lily deserves all the praise she can possibly obtain for the help she provided to me that day. She prepped me and made sure I had all questions answered before we began the procedure. She then held my hand throughout the entire procedure and kept me calm, all while making jokes. La verdad es decepcionante la espera.. Llevo mas de 2 horas ni todavía atienden, demasiadas citas para un solo doctor.. Deveria de haber una organización con el tiempo y las citas de cada persona!! No todos tienen todo el dia para esperar.. Asi que si van a venir traten de tener todo el dia libre por que aqui salen casi para cerrar.
Today was procedure day! Kaylin, my prep nurse was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! She thoroughly explained the initial prep & aftercare, I felt instantly relaxed and reassured!
