I must say I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff. Dr. Robles and his staff listened carefully to my needs and made sure I was comfortable and happy. I rate this place 10 out of 10 super grateful for the time I was there. As for his staff you all ROCK
Every visit to the Metro Vein Center Hamden office, the staff are always very welcoming, professional. Blanca was Awesome, she was very personable and made me comfortable during my procedure as well as Dr. Robles. The environment and staff make every visit comfortable-that I almost forget I am there for a medical procedure. I Wish more physicians offices would have this office culture and patient care.
I was very nervous but hearing the nurse explain every process gave me confidence Painless and now I am so exited to continue my process love it. Thank you for those specialist and their time to comfort in these times.
