The people here are wonderful I've been to only one other drs.office that had people as great as you at the Grand Rapids office and that was my primary doctor who I've been with for at least 35 years
I thought everyone was very friendly, The nurse I had was very friendly, explain everything along the way what was going to happen, very friendly. Dr answered all questions, was not in any hurry to leave. Dr. Runschke and his staff are amazing. They are prompt, efficient and always friendly.
The billing lacks transparency. Do not fool yourself by the "Free Evaluation" advertised on their website - a $250 New Patient Office Visit fee may be billed to your insurance. The bilateral Doppler ultrasound amount billed to insurance was $625 - much higher than what was discussed before rendering the service. Get an itemized quote and call your insurance before getting any services to spare yourself surprise charges. Lesson learned.
