Dr. Runschke and Jennifer, the ultrasound tech was very thorough and patient with explaining the procedures. The front desk staff is also friendly and welcoming.

Prompt service and always friendly. Dr Runschke was very cordial and offered to pick up something I left in Traverse as he was going there. What Dr. does that? All staff personnel are great.

The entire staff were kind and gentle, unfortunately due to being pregnant (unexpectedly) they weren't able to do much. However the Dr explained clearly what the course of action would be, which was very helpful as up to this point I didnt know what my possibilities were.
