Hi Friends, Don’t do any business with Metro van Line. This is cheated company. 1. They are putting fake review on web site. 2. My experience with Metro van line is very bad. 3. First time on call they gave me quote of 1558$. I was very happy with it and I did my partial payment also. 4. Wen moving company ppl came to pick up my households they loaded in truck after loading they gave me bill of 3500$. 5. THE WORST EVER. They lied about when the furniture would arrive, they added hidden costs that were never mentioned and they were completely unavailable when I wanted to speak with them about these things. NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
These guys are thieves, bullies and con artists!!!! They came smelling like marijuana, packed my belongings in the truck then told me the quote of $350 wad incorrect and now I had to pay over $1000 or I would not get my stuff back, what is 2 young single females to do but pay, DON'T HIRE THESE FOOLS!!!!!!
WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! They offer you the cheapest quote but they do not tell you that the price only includes the 60 cents per pound insurance for your furniture. Furthermore, the company was totally unprofessional with handling my furniture, they lost some of them, broke two more and they couldn't even tell me where they could be. They are supposed to check the inventory list every time they move the furniture into another truck (yes, the truck that makes the pick up and the one that delivers is not the same) and it wa... read more
