Matt was great in explaining what necessary parts for my ac unit required repair and was able to fix everything within 1 week. Very prompt response, job was done well, and customer service was fantastic as well. Would recommend to anyone having any hvac issues.

Matt came to our office to install a thermostat and investigate a squealing noise. What started as a quick inspection turned into a thorough assessment, where he identified and corrected multiple issues caused by previous HVAC work (by others). He replaced faulty components, provided us with a detailed report on upcoming maintenance needs, and most importantly, prevented what could have become a serious fire hazard. The young man was fast at his job but he popped out main breaker when he accidentally grounded out the capacitor on the AC unit cleaning a bug off of it and didn’t return the hose to where it was.

The job was well done. I already knew the problem was a fan motor and told them so, but they had to do a full 2 hour assessment, then go and pick up the motor, then install it. It ends up being approximately $500 of labour for a fan motor. They came quickly and did a good job, but the labour cost was excessive.
