Do not go to this place. They diagnose you then allegedly call in your prescription. Only they don't. Every time. Then they close or don't answer the phone so there is nothing you can do. Complete incompetence. Go somewhere else.
I walked into the office and was greeted right away by the staff. The wait to be seen was less than 5 minutes. The doctor was extremely thorough, kind and professional. I would recommend anyone to go to the Metro UrgiCare in Massapequa for the help they need. Positive experience from a professional staff!
Fell outside and they provided band aids on the spot without a doctor! Very kind!
