I had an excellent experience at this urgent care today. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. The facility was very clean and well organized, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I did make an online appointment. A special thank you to Dr Ayala, who was outstanding. He was professional, courteous, friendly and genuinely caring. Explained things carefully and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. I was absolutely amazed by how clean, efficient, and welcoming this urgent care facility was. Everything was organized and moved along so smoothly, which made a visit with multiple kids that much easier. A special shoutout to the two nurses, Maria and Maria, who were truly angels! They had the incredibly difficult job of drawing blood from my three kids, who were hysterical and definitely made quite a scene.
