Asked for rates and was hung up on. No business etiquette.
The message on their answering machine that describes their office hours doesn't let you know if they are definitely open that day or not. They were not quick to answer the messages I left after they came out of their meeting. I called, of course knowing nothing of their meeting but hoping they would be in their office and someone answered! She quickly made my reservations but no nod to my inconvenience just a quiz about my misinterpretation of their answering machine message. I work at the front desk of a hotel, they were supposed to book a room for one of their clients but the confirmation number pulled up nothing in our system and upon calling them, the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and told me that "Well, you just need to get him a room for this rate and deal with it." I'm not the travel agent, you are, and your customer is lucky that we even had a room open. Do not trust this travel agency, use Expedia or something instead. 1 star is generous
