This company is completely disorganized, no one can give you a correct answer to your questions. They just give you a run around and take LOTS of money from you.

Such a professional experienced office, I arrived anxious as my situation was not normal. Thanks to Marie, Catalina and Jesica I had the issue resolved and left the office with a smile on my face, I am deeply grateful for their help and appreciated the effort they employed in this situation.

Instructor was 1.5 hours late to dwi course. Mr waters evaluation was terrible. I was there 15 mins early he was late 25 mins getting me in. He was very rude and condescending to me. rushed through it wouldnt answer any questions I had. Any time I answered a question it was not the right way to answer it. On top of that they lost all of my paperwork. This place does not have their act together, and could use a lesson or two on how to treat other human beings.

It's a process but pretty quick. This will be the first and last time I come but I can say Mr. Larry Waters was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I visited Metro Traffic school and delt with Jazz from the Lauderdale Lakes office and she was a phenomenal help, she was very professional, efficient, and patient, she above and beyond with her service and was a big help in getting my affairs situated, Thanks again Jazz👍
