One of the worst title loan experiences I have ever had. A lady was wanting to buy a car from us and got preapproved for the amount. We drove to Thomaston from Griffin and spent more than an hour there, they went down on the loan amount, then said they wouldn't do it all because she was self employed for 10 years, with tax returns. This woman spent 6 hours at the place just to be told no at the last minute. I would have given no stars but you have to give one anyway.... I love this place! The ladies are always so nice, helpful and friendly. Always so much going on but they manage to get you in and out fast and with a great attitude. They ALWAYS have new inventory for sale and are always willing to help in any way possible.
