Worst experience with this agency. Have been with this agency, personally and with my businesses, for almost a decade. New owners took over and have built no relationships with their clients. Clients are only numbers. My taxes were outsourced over seas without my knowledge. Little to no communication with preparers on financials for months until two days before deadline.
