Incompetent office staff. I was referred to this practice by my Ortho. I called to schedule an appointment and I gave them my insurance info. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment even though I was in a great deal of pain. They sent me links to complete patient info which I did. I provided my insurance info again online. Two weeks later I take off work and drive across town to my appointment and they inform me that I can't see a doctor because they don't take my insurance. Fantastic staff, clean facility, prompt and courteous, highly recommend to anyone suffering from pain or issues with back, neck and spine!

These are doctors of Physical Medicine and Rehab. A typical specialist copay, like with my insurance, is 40$, but Metro will ask you to pay 169$ before you go in for your first consultation, and the receptionist told me it would ultimately be closer to 300$ and to expect a bill for the balance! I spoke to BCBS and they confirmed the 40$ copay, I then showed Metro my policy, but they told me ‘you don’t understand insurance’. So I left and made an appointment with one of the other 25 PM&R doctors in my network instead, for 40$... read more
