I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Rocco was extremely professional and thorough with my inspection. He knew exactly what to look for, and had the equipment needed to get the job done. He was able to setup an appointment when I needed it, and got the report back to me ASAP. I couldn’t be happier with his service, and expertise. Great guy, and definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get an inspection for a home purchase. You won’t be disappointed!

Rocco was polite and professional throughout the inspection. Every question was answered throughly and in a way I could understand. His detailed report arrived within two days and his experience/expertise showed in the report. Rocco and his company were great, he was able to schedule me within 24hours and even some last minute changes. This was very helpful because it helped me coordinate with the other home inspector. He always responded quickly to my questions or concerns. Inspector was there early and I was able to do the whole inspection without actually being there, which helped me a lot. Report was delivered quickly (after hours, which tells me he was working late just to expedite the report) Overall great experience
