Rocco was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, respectful and honest. He introduced himself, explained what my home inspection involved, what I was paying for, and explained what he was doing and why it was being done. Rocco performed both our underground storage tank and sewage pipe inspections. He arrived on time with help, was very friendly, and completed both inspections promptly! Very professional! We received a YouTube video of the inspection plus a detailed report within 0 business days. (I called a day before to book for Friday, full report received by Sunday. Amazing!).
