I brought my childhood sewing machine (45+ years old) in for maintenance and repair and was so impressed with the care and service over the years. Everything was explained clearly, no pressure, and all my questions are answered before repairs were made. When it finally bit the dust earlier this month , I ended up purchasing a new machine from Metro as well and felt confident in the decision thanks to their kindness and knowledge.
