Had appointment scheduled for June 10, 2020 for new heat & air system. The day previous the oowner call and said he could not be competitive on Lennox. I explained we were also interested in American Standard and Carrier so would like a bid on those. Owner confirmed 1 pm appointment for June 10, 2020 for bid on AS and Carrier. Next day we waited 3 hours for Metro to show up, they never called nor left any type message. At least their competitor showed up and gave a bid. What an awful way to treat customers ! The way they charge $465 for two lbs freon the way technician texting and smoking during the work the way he answered to my questions with delay in general he was not trained to treat the customers finally after I payed and same day I notes problem not fixed so I called them two days lather same person came work on system and ask for $ 275 and ofcorce I did not pay AC still not working good I would like to explain the whole story either on the phone or at the office

It was explained on his invoice that due to the age of his existing system that he needed to replace his system. The invoice also stated "No Warranty" on refrigerant charges when leaks are possible.
