Total failure. After 5 days without AC, I was informed he didn’t have part needed but would send tech to see what they could do. Very stressful having a bed ridden wife with no AC and having to deal with the runaround excuses.
David was at my home within an hour and had my problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I will definitely contact him for any future HVAC issues
