Pay extra somewhere else avoid the trash manager.When I signed up the guy was super nice, it was cheap and easy. I was happy. I use a lot of storage places so before the insurance it was very good price. So not worth the price after over a year I have noticed the customer service grow poor and horrible. So much so that I decided to take my trip back to Texas early just to get my stuff from this place. The times dealing with the guy is okay but the female property manager is horrible. Needed to move in right away. Got the unit, plus got a free month. Nice!
When I went in to see about renting a unit in December, the size I needed was not available, but Sandy (the manager) took my contact information and said she'd call me when something came open. Sure enough, in early January, I got a call telling me the unit I needed was now ready. I went in a week later to rent the unit, and I was in and out of the office in less than 20 minutes. When I needed to store stuff, all I cared about was price. I called all the local storage places, and Newtown Self Storage was near the lowest in all the sizes I was looking for. With the price and the fact that it's close to my house, renting here was a no-brainer.
I am a customer of Paramount Self Storage and think the staff there is wonderful. Especially the general manager, she has been most helpful! The property is clean and secure. They are willing to work with you!

I was moving from a different state and needed 2 storage units on short notice. They were able to help me find 2 that were convenient for me and made this process very easy. The prices weren't bad and they had specials which were nice as well. Customer service was great and the woman at the front desk was very friendly. I would definitly recommend this place to someone else
My family and I were transferred here from out of state. The staff at Paramount was extremely helpful and polite in the process. They went out of their way to assist us in the transition. The place was always secure and clean. When we moved out we received our deposit back within the time stated. I would use them again!
