In February of this year (2025) I acquired a storage unit through extra space storage. The price has now gone up twice as of today 12/1/2025. My original rate was $137 and has now been raised to $281. Do not let their cheaper online rate fool you. Due to the contract being month to month, they can raise the rents as they see fit with no just cause other than what they are calling "fair market value".
