We rented a storage unit at Metro Storage for three months, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access whenever we needed. The staff was helpful and professional, and we felt confident that our belongings were safe the entire time. I used Metro’s climate control storage and was extremely pleased. Everything was always clean. I was treated graciously by staff anytime I had a question, especially Jessica. Everything was handled fast and easy. My property stayed perfect with the controlled environment. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.
