Rented an RV storage spot at Metro Storage in Brooksville FL. Zach, the intake worker, was great! Very polite, friendly.and thoroughly explained the process and options. He even helped with follow-up phone questions on the following days. 👍👍 to Zach and the entire staff! Highly recommend. UPDATE: Cancel the “highly recommend”! We had a major issue with a partial month refund. We were told that it would be pro rated per day for a refund, but then when it was time they refused to give it.
