Unfortunately I will never store with them again and don't recommend anyone storing with them. Have had problems since day one. I had a 3 month 1/2 promotion and since i moved in the last day of the month according to them that counted as one whole month at 1/2 off. I was one day!! So I lost that 1/2 month promotion. Would I have been told that and it doesn't say it anywhere online I would have waited the one day to move in the 1st of the month. They also charge a big amount of insurance when other storages charge much less.... read more
I have stored my coach here for the last few seasons and Jess always makes sure I have a great spot! They keep the property in such great condition and I always feel safe leaving my vehicles there when I am in town.
Karen is the best!!! She needs all the stars! She handled my payment over the phone and help me choose the right size unit for our moving needs. Thanks again, Karen!
