First time renting a storage unit and Xavier was happy to walk me and my parents through several options and sizes until we were able to narrow it down to what we need. He even recommended how to accommodate our stuff to make sure it all fits. He went the extra mile, great customer service, excellent attitude and fluent in spanish made my parents feel welcomed and comfortable when explaining the lease agreement to us.
