We couldn’t be happier with our experience here. The facility is always clean, organized, and feels very secure, with the added benefit of climate-controlled storage. My contract was showing a different price than what was advertised so I did not sign in until getting to the unit in person. After a long, difficult conversation with the person working, she assured me that there were some one time fees but after that, my monthly payment would be $18. Now I see I’ve been paying $39/month in a protection plan which I cannot cancel on my account. Also, the website says to bring a disc lock. Your units require a different lock. Misinforming, misleading…
