Storage mart is by far one of the cleanest well kept storage facilities i have ever seen and as far as the person I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with made it even that much more of a pleasure Tara is a gem and I just hope that the company knows what an asset she is to there business!!!! Really nice storage unit, everything is clean and organized. We had an issue with our lock and couldn’t get it off our door. The only reason we have a storage unit is for my son’s items for college since we live so far away from his school. They were able to get somebody in last minute to help drill out the lock and replace the lock for us all within two hours and really saved the day as we moved my son into his dorm room. Customer service was excellent and I cannot thank them enough.
Very kind thoughtful staff. Tara was so helpful and personable. The facility is clean and easy to manage
Super clean and convenient. Climate controlled is a plus.
Rather expensive even w/ the initial discount.
