This place is RAT infested I had my belongings in this place they said it’s climate control, but it’s not I had to throw away all my belongings because it was rat infected The storage area that I had rented was broken into . I rented this place for 1year and 2 months was the Worse thing I ever done. I found DEAD RAYS IN MY FURNITURE . The rat Faces ALL OVER MY FURNITURES I HAD TO DUMP ALL MY STIFF THE I WILL NOT EVERY RENY WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Don’t ever rend from this place or location
Climate controlled units pretty clean but management never answer or return messages. Be careful of the price hike at the 3 month and $30 late fees without notice. I starting off paying $35 for 5x10 at the 3 month price increase to $135 with out notice. Be careful if you on auto pay. You eill pay if you not paying attention.
The young lady in the front office was very helpful and I will be back to rent a unit. I think her name was Megan.
It hasn’t been great. I was sent a code to get in but was not able to for some reason. I was in the pouring rain on the phone it’s your customer service line who honestly was no help either. I still have not received an URGENT call from the manager Lisa. Smh. Very poor customer service for a manager
Lisa and the staff are amazing. Customer service is nothing short of superb. Whenever I go into the store, Lisa is always willing to assist and does it with a smile. Lisa is friendly, empathetic, and courteous. Lisa is the reason I continue to do business with Metro. Thank you Lisa, Cynthia Evans
