HORRIBLE! Do not use! Got a unit there earlier this year. Thought things were going well, until I went to get some stuff out one day to find the ceiling of my unit caved in, water damage, and rat droppings!!! I was so disgusted. The lady that works there did not care. Just told me to file a claim. Didn't seem to be concerned at all.

I wrote an excellent review last year for Metro Storage; however, i must say things have changed in the last 2 months under the new ownership as MiniMall. I tried to pay my bill online last month but couldnt. I had to call to do this then re-set up a new account under the new ownership. I did. This past Friday, 11/28, i tried to log in to pay the dec bill and couldnt again. I called again and the lady told me to set it up again.
