I lost my keys and Charnita was prompt and humorous as she cut our lock and gave me a new set. She was extremely professional and eased our stress bc we had to get on the highway and move our daughter to a new city and we needed her things out of storage. We've been customers for 10yrs and the services are exceptional!!!

Nice storage unit facility and friendly staff but the cost and number of rent increases per year is astronomical. When I first started renting an indoor drive-up unit in June 2025, the monthly cost was $360. It went up to $397, $460, and then as of today $529 - in less than 14 months!
