Managed to get a good deal on the monthly fee. It's in a convenient spot. Only downside is there seems to be a significant rodent issue as my unit had a lot of mouse poop. Careful what you store here. Edit: Emailed them as per the response, but they never replied...

Place is clean. It is probably too cold to store electronics. A tv stored went in working, came out not working. Read the contract as well, rental periods are 28 days not a month. So if you get a "free rental period", you are still paying 12 times a year. My fault for missing that in the contract.
