They refused to stop charging me for two months after moving out. After a month of trying to contact them, they told me that it would be taken care of at corporate. It’s been a year, they lied and overcharged me. Thieves.
I have been charged 2 months after I moved out. I was told I would get a refund, and it has yet to happen.
My husband left months ago and has been charged for months while our stuff was not there, promised a refund and never got one. Also, they only pickup the phone if you say you are interested in renting a new space and have not been responsive to my husband while he was moving our stuff out or while trying to get our refund.
