Over 300 units were broken into by thieves. Management called me yesterday to say that my unit was one of the over 300 units that were broken into very recently, presumably the night of the 15th and morning of the 16th. Apparently, management was not on site and no-one was monitoring the security cameras. They have no idea how many things were stolen from these 300 units, so they are scheduling 30-minute appointments for all of the victims to come in and inspect their storage lockers. Easy access, extremely clean
Very easy-going very helpful
The staff there is wonderful...... William and Dawn are soooo friendly and helpful. When I was deciding which size unit to rent they were HAPPY to show me all of the different sizes and ones in different configurations in regards to their location in the building. Always a warm wonderful welcome when you enter the office. Definitely glad I rent from this location no high pressure selling like the competition down the street.
