Extraordinarily helpful. Jack and Ardis were awesome with helping an elderly and slightly confused person.
When I signed up the guy was super nice, it was cheap and easy. I was happy. I use a lot of storage places so before the insurance it was very good price. So not worth the price after over a year I have noticed the customer service grow poor and horrible. So much so that I decided to take my trip back to Texas early just to get my stuff from this place. The times dealing with the guy is okay but the female property manager is horrible. Pay the extra 10 dollars and go somewhere with better customer service.
Clean, Friendly, Awesome experience. Value terrific too.
These guys are simply AWESOME! The site is clean and Tim and Liz do their best to help you out. They really care abuot you. Non-smokers who actually care...Hard to find in Tampa now.
