I have to say the management has been great over the last year. Very responsive to our concerns & supportive of our work! Also love the new app to open the gate, makes it so easy & secure!
This is a great location, Janeli Pedroza is a very helpful and knowledgeable about the services.
The new owners of this facility have ruined this business. I was renting here for years without any problems and Jane was always helpful and easy to get on touch with. Now that she is no longer working there I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone! The new staff and company are horrible, they get annoyed when you ask for help, the facility is unclean.
