Very Mean People in Accounting – My husband signed up for monitoring service with this company and signed a 3 year contract. Shortly after signing the contract he was laid off. I called and talked to Kim and asked her to cancel the contract explaining the situation. She was heartless, rude and could care less. She refused to cancel the contract unless I gave her 900$ and told me she was turning me into collection. Wow.
