The people who work the front desk are absolutely HORRIBLE! They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and constantly screwing up the appointments. They can't even handle calling to confirm appointments because I would occasionally get a call. I wont ever try this place again!

Been going to the salon for almost two years now. Erica is the best! Always very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Shes the only one that colors my hair. Does an excellent job on special occasion styles as well! The rest of the staff is very friendly as well.

I went to Erica at metro and was extremely happy. She was professional and really knew what she was doing. I had been box dying my hair for years and it was almost black. It was horrible. I wanted to be light again which i thought would never happen. By the time we finished my hair was softer and the way it shined was amazing. And I was a blonde again. I will continue to go see Erica at Metro.

I pulled up to this place after passing it twice. There are a lot of vacant stores in the strip and this looks like one of them. I walked in and the place was HOT and no ventilation. If it was 90 outside you can imagine the temp in that place. And, It reeked of chemicals, I sat there for over 5minutes, no one paid attention to me and the others waiting. I came to Metro not happy with my hair. June at Metro worked with me, gave me the best hair cut and the color was excellent. All my friends and fellow workers gave me great complements on my hair. This was over a year ago and I am so happy at Metro.
