Just had service provided through my insurance to have my sons car towed and had no issues. We’re very friendly!
Avoid at all costs. EXTREMELY unprofessional & RUDE. AAA needs to cancel their contract with them. AAA tried to send them out to me twice. The guy explained that he didn’t want to come to help because I was too far. Then why did you take on the job?!
The tow company I had an unpleasant experience with should be avoided. They acted in a highly unprofessional manner. Upon contacting them, they assured me that they would arrive within 20 minutes, yet I ended up waiting for an entire hour. My tow was abruptly canceled without any prior notification, and their complete non-responsiveness over the phone is truly disappointing. It is my strong recommendation that this particular tow company is not recommended.
3/29/23: Have you ever encountered an ignorant, biased, A-H fool whom demanded you to walk over 900 feet to the back entrance of a large complex and "manually" open an "electronic" gate? That's what the driver MIKE wanted my husband to do. My husband refused, and told him to use the front entrance, so he can come through the "electronic" gates.
