Metro Router, Michael Gaber, I've been trying to contact you for a while. The work your company did at my house was not correct and I had to get another company to redo what you were supposed to repair and pipes you were supposed to have replaced. You charged me over $10,000. I'm hoping we can get this taken care of instead of going to Court. You have my information to contact me. I'm retired I don't have money like that to give and I had to pay that same money out to get it done right.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS. they tried scamming my 80 year old Grandma out of 750 dollars for 2 valves that actually ended up being a little washer. The guys came to her house at 7:00 at night and left around 9 and said they would be back at 11:30 that night. They had an unmarked van no uniform and were wearing all black. I wouldn't give these guys 1 starr! They are Scammers and will be reported to BBB and plumbing commissioner if that's the last thing I do in life! Police have been notified as well. And their long drawn out response will mean nothing so don't bother mike or michael? They tried scamming my 80yr old mom. I set up the appointment for her. Had a new toilet and flange replaced by them 1.5 years ago. I had a plumbing inspection and they said this toilet is loose and needs to be pulled and reset. They will not return emails or contact on website. Tried calling and nobody answers. Unprofessional!
