If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dealing with Faith in the metal shop was a miserable experience. A simple request for a quote for roof dormers turned into a 6 month ordeal with awful communication, ignored phone calls and emails, along with rude responses when she was called out for her lack of updates. Deposit was paid to these folks. Due to extensive delays, we had to cancel this order. They continue to refuse to refund our money (over 20,000 dollars). Managers are refusing our phone calls, corporate isn't helping at all... read more
Slow really slow the drivers are just driving around if you have a delivery for them please do not come in here they are lazy and rude, never again
Faith over at the 16th ave N. Location was extremely nice and even got my small 2 pieces of 10’ fascia metal order in and finished within 60 minutes of ordering. I highly recommend this company and these pros that make the panels!
