They charge you an application fee even if you are not going to live there but are the cosigner. After that is done they state they just rented the apartment out How many.
They won’t fix anything and will blame you. They love to hang up phone on you. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Unprofessional and dirty.!.! Will leave leaks for two years!.!.!
If it’s Miranda ethell you have to deal with I wouldn’t recommend. I just wouldn’t trust the company as a whole with her being one of the faces of it, she’s rude & disrespectful doesn’t know how to properly communicate nor does she care about what actually happens at the property * Riverview oaks * which she is the “ owner “ of, shorty just sucks honestly she does nothing about pest, leaks and or break ins & keeps hiring different property managers which means she can’t keep one to save her life the WHOLE company is a joke
This is a photo of the supervisor “Miranda ethell “ I believe is her last name, at Metro property management. I had reached out to try and sublease the apartment that I’m renting. She brought up something from seven years ago and it was actually a false statement. She said I tried to get out of my lease at a different property which is completely untrue and fabricated.
