We rented from them about 5 years ago. They were a decent land lord service. His handyman was there usually next day for repairs, everything was freshly painted and new carpet when we moved in. We did have a problem with him giving us our security deposit at the end. Luckily we took photos of our own in the beginning and end so he ended up returning it on full.
Ramesh is a shady person, please please be careful when you deal with this man, he uses bait and switch, meaning, he promises lower price, and in the last minute he says that this space is rented out, and the more expensive space is available. Wasted a lot of my time, I went and applied a Certificate of Occupancy in the City of Garland, and in the last minute he stated to me that the more expensive unit is available.
