Moved into a new unit and everything was nice until i was trying to install the internet services. All the internet cables had been stripped from spectrum and at&t and was told i would have to relay to the landlord which metro is NOT. They had to reach out to the owner who didnt even answer then phone and was told I would have to wait without any time frame of reference or ETA. Very unprofessional!!
Out of all the apartment complexes in the st matthews/springhurst area metro realty’s rolling hills location are by far the cleanest and most affordable. I was very impressed with the unit and the only small problem i found was resolved with a promptness i have not experienced anywhere else (on a holiday week too!) The integrity and professionalism of Metro Realty and Management is unmatched!
Don't move to Aylesbury NOBODY stays for long. It took me forever to get things fixed and the parking is horrible. Go and Google and you will see that apartments in this building are listed constantly. The person next to me stayed less than 6 months, I can't speak on their other properties but this one pass up!!!
