Dennis is the devil in the flesh.... I feel violated as a human being just being I'm his presence..... worst rental experience ever. Seems to take joy out of playing games with the tenants. Run.... and not to sun dail either....
Worst rental company ever. Broken AC during the summer for over 6 weeks Storm damage repair cost for a exterior pane of glass on a window reported to them during the monsoon taken out of our security deposit when we moved out. Non responsive to emails and phone calls about the amount taken out of the security deposit until we stated we would file a complaint with the ADRE, shocker they responded after that with a non professional response basically stating we cause the damage to the exterior of a side window 5' from a fence.... read more
Renting from Metro was by far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Do not rent from this company, took them 3 months to fix my fridge. Completely unprofessional, unresponsive, properties are not maintained. Catherine is a terrible human with zero respect for tenants
