Have lived in my home almost 2 years, floors are buckling, Windows have huge gaps in them, grout came out from the kitchen and bathrooms almost immediately! Would I recommend them.... Heck no! Gaps forming from floor to ceiling. Oh ya carpet in bedrooms need to be re stretched because it's buckling . Houses are beautiful for about a month after you move in and after that it's all down hill. I would never recommend Metro Brokers. Oh ya stucco is cracked and flaking off house.
