Molly and her team have managed our HOA for 5 years, we recently had to have our parking lot repaved. Molly was instrumental in making the project a success for me and my neighbors. We appreciate her continued attention to our needs.

I have been a condo owner for 11 years. The communication has seized to exist. I have emailed and left numerous calls for Molly R***. Molly has not responded to any communications for over 2 weeks. ( August 2019 - September 2019). Unprofessional and irresponsible. I would NOT recommend using her Company for any property management business.

Metro property management is the worst company I have ever come across. Within 2 years we have had 35 homeowners (and counting) move out of this complex with the common theme: POOR MANAGEMENT, hate Molly. They hire and pay for trades that do unsatisfactory work.Therefore we have had to pay $1000's of dollars for work to be redone. Doesn't f/u on warranties. I own a condo that you are going to be taking over as of the 1st. of May.. I hope you will be kinder that the one we had.... I am a senior as are a lot who live here and hope you don't raise are rates to high... I hope it will be a positive arrangement for all of us...I guess only time will tell....Thank you...

As president of one of the HOA's Metro Property manages, I would recommend Molly and her staff to any HOA property in the Denver Metro Area. As a newly elected board member, seeking Metro out to become our management company was the first step in replacing our previous management company. Communication between the board and management have improved by 100% and more importantly that communication with homeowners is much more consistent from the management company standpoint. This mangement company is such an amazing company! Molly specifically is so incredibly nice! Always reponse to us and is on top of her game! We have had many different mangement companies in our property and Metro Property is by far the best we have ever dealt with! They have a great reponse time, always friendly and helpful. Even when a situation isn't a good one they make us feel better. Thank you Molly and Staff!

Metro Property Mgt - Molly Ryan, President is the worst Management CO I have ever encountered in my past 30 years of property management in four different states. Metro does not performed required outside maintence. Metro doesn't care about Health Hazards or Fire Hazards, Property Owners must go to Town Zoning and Fire Dept. and Town Police to get Help. Metro needs investigated and Audited.
