Arwa and her team was utterly fantastic. They were proactive in helping us finding our forever home. They did everything they could meet our needs and bridge difficult deals. My wife and I worked with Lisa Manuccia and her team to find our first home in Leesburg, VA in early 2022. Lisa was a HUGE help to us in navigating a crazy housing market as first-time home buyers. After a number of lost offers, we were feeling pretty defeated, then Lisa found a great home that had sit on the market for a few weeks since it needed a little bit of work. We were able to get the house significantly below list and six months later, plus a few improvement projects, we couldn’t be happier!
Lisa was wonderful to work with. Her responses were prompt and professional. She help me find a place that works for me. Lisa is down to earth and a pleasure to work with. I will certainly call on her again in the future. Update: Can I leave a review again? 5 stars!
My husband and I worked with Lisa Manuccia to purchase a home in the crazy DC/Northern Virginia area market and she was wonderful! We weren't in the area, so Lisa was our eyes and ears to the whole experience. She made countless appointments to look at homes and took videos of her walk-throughs, the yard and street, pointed out anything noteworthy (park down the block, hiking trails, etc).
