I entered into a sublease of an apartment with Metro Properties. The previous tenants had lived in this property for 2 years. I was assured that the property would be inspected, so that the property's condition upon arrival would be known and documented, so any changes could be determined accordingly. I am not the one to write a review, in fact, this is my first review, but I do feel it is necessary here, because it is a public service. Metro Property Management was the worst experience in my life. Please stay away, read carefully, stay away from the Metro Property Management. I wish I could use 0 stars for rating. I had nothing but problems since I moved in. They were so rude (especially their manager) and ripped me off. They charged me $50 for running credit card, because I was not able to come to Morgantown to pay $15... read more
