I had my first appointment there today after being away for 4 years. I cannot express how impressed I was with the facility. The facility is extremely clean, organized and the staff was incredibly friendly. There was absolutely no waiting and my entire visit was handled professionally. I was with both Dr.Fochesatta and Practice Clinician Kristine Asuncion who were both very thorough and caring. I would not hesitate in recommending them to go to for your health needs. Other medical facilities should be run like this one.
Rude and unfriendly ladies at the front check-in desk. You'll have to stand there a long time before they will even acknowledge you and when they do, they act like you inconvenienced them. This has happened to me on several occasions!!! Usually have to wait a couple hours to get into see the doctor. I have had my blood pressure taken inaccurately, visits coded incorrectly, the MA can never find dates for vaccinations, etc. in their files.
