I called and asked for an appointment to have my basement drain snaked. Dee was pleasant and said Ryan would be arriving between 2 and 4 pm. When he arrived he assessed the situation and immediately knew what tools were needed. The basement drain was snaked through to the main drain. He also showed us what was done with camera that he placed in the drain. He left the basement clean. Ryan was very professional and pleasant. Ryan was nothing short of amazing. I couldn't be happier I called Metro. Same day service and though I've snaked drains many times it was well worth the call and money.

I called Metro last night told them my situation they came out right away to see what they had to do. There estimate was to the dollar so we new what to expect hoping no other problems would be there unseen. Shawn Collins did a fantastic job! He was on time, He explained what he was doing and was very respectful and courteous. I appreciate your services and a job well done! I took a before and after picture. Great company. They do excellent work. Had another company first because they were cheaper and it wasn't worth it because everything was delayed and messed up. Metro came in and fixed everything. Great work. Highly recommend them.
