I love it here!
These apartments are super nice!
They never return calls or emails. VERY unprofessional. I wanted to see some properties to rent but now I'm going to another management company. I don't want to deal with one that is so unreachable.
The cigarette smoke in apartments on Ithica Drive in Bismarck is constant & overwhelming. The management has been contacted repeatedly & nothing is done to eliminate it. It hits you as soon as you walk in the building. Everyone is exposed to high amounts of 2nd hand smoke. Very toxic environment!!
