Good and honest work - pinball expert. I ve had Jimmy at Metro Pinball work on several of my pinball machines. I ve never had an issue with his service or what he charged me. He also stands behind his work if something does go wrong. His knowledge of both Solid State and Electro-Mechanical pinball machines is simply amazing.
Prices are outrageous and totally hidden... so heres his prices... \$70 Trip charge, whether he does a thing or not, \$70 an hour (minimum of 1 hour). BEWARE !!! He does not check voicemail !!! Very unprofessional.

Had Jimmy (owner of Metro Pinball) do a repair on a pinball machine I sold to a couple in Oklahoma. Based on what they told me, I relayed that info to Jimmy. He gave me a quotation of one hour + a trip charge + parts. I said that was fine, and he went in the next few days to fix it. The day after he fixed it, he called to let me know he was there over 4 hours and the parts were quadruple what he had estimated. This review isnt about his ability. He repaired the machine just fine. My problem is that he did not call to let me ... read more
