They are all about the money and don’t care about the patients. I called to tell them my daughter was sick and couldn’t make her appointment bc she felt nauseous and had a fever. The first words out of the girls mouth were well okay but you are going to be charged $25 for canceling within less than 24 hours. Disgraceful! We are going somewhere else for my daughters physical therapy.
RecommendedI have been going to Metro for over a year. When I started I could barely walk. I was using a walker, could not get in and out of bed or even roll over in bed. I could not dress my self. My Metro family at Rocky Point have changed my life. I am independent now I do walk with a cane but can walk without it also. Conner and the staff have worked diligently with me and taken me from my lowest lows and celebrated my highest highs. My experience at Wading River Physial Therapy has exceeded my expectations. The staff and physical therapists have all been pleasant, professional and provide you with individual care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a physical therapist. I can’t thank them enough for the care they’ve given me.
